12 p.m. – 3 p.m. – Free Herbert Quick Schoolhouse tours, Orion Park .

12 p.m. – 9 p.m. - Food Venders, Courthouse Square

2 p.m. to 9 p.m. – Inflatable Rides & Other Fun, Courthouse Square

2 p.m. – 6 p.m.   – FREE QuickDraw Caricatures, Courthouse Square . Sponsored by the Grundy County Memorial Hospital .

4 p.m. – 8 p.m. – Ice Cream Social, First Presbyterian Church

5 p.m. – 7 p.m. – Sign up for the ECI Open Golf Tournament at Town & Country Golf Club

5 p.m. – Music by Andrew Peters & Chris Henely, Courthouse Square . 

5:30 p.m. – Music by the Chad Ralston Family, Courthouse Square . Sponsored by Engelkes Abels Funeral Home.

6 p.m. – Good Cents Junior Parade, 8^th Street to Courthouse Square .  Sponsored by GNB.

6:30 p.m. – Opening Ceremonies, Courthouse Square

7 p.m. – Higher Power – Bandstand, Courthouse Square . Sponsored by Kruse Christmas Farm.

7 p.m. – Community Musical “Fairest”, Grundy Center HS Auditorium.  Free will donation.

8 p.m. – 11 p.m. –Teen Dance – United Methodist Church Parking Lot. Sponsored by GC Kiwanis Club.  $1 admission.

8 p.m. – 11 p.m. – Dueling Pianos Entertainment – PianoPalooza.  Cost $3.00, under 12 free.  Beverage garden open until midnight and Oran Locker will be grilling brats during the event.  Sponsored by Mid-West Electric and Green Belt Bank & Trust. 

Saturday, July 9:

7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – Community Breakfast and All School Reunion , GCHS Commons . Sponsored by Dollars for Scholars.

8:00 a.m. – 5K Fun Run/Walk GCHS Football Field. Open to all. Race is sponsored by the GC Wellness Committee and The Grundy Family YMCA.

9:00 a.m. Registration for Car & Motorcycle Show, Community Center parking lot.

10 a.m. – 3 p.m. – Car & Motorcycle Show, Community Center parking lot.
Awards ceremony at 1:30 p.m.
