12:30 – 2nd Annual Felix Grundy/Sports Hall of Fame Best Shot Golf Tournament – Town & Country Golf Club, Open to All! $45/player, contact Rick Briggs at rickb@gnbins.com
Proceeds support GC Hall of Fame.

Friday, July 11:
All Day – Enjoy Self-Guided Tours at the Bethany Bible Garden – Located West of the Bethany Presbyterian Church, 315 G Avenue . Implemented in 2005, find four biblical theme areas: Water, Garden, Field and Harvest, Dry Riverbed.

  12:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. - LeRoy & LuLu, Kingdom Klowns – Courthouse Square

12 p.m. – 9 p.m. - Food Venders – Courthouse Square

  1 to 4 p.m. - Free tours of the Herbert Quick School and Mutch Museum

2 p.m. to 10 p.m. – Inflatable Rides & Other Fun – Courthouse Square

2 p.m. – 6 p.m.   – FREE QuickDraw Caricatures - Courthouse Square , Sponsored by Liberty Bank.

TBA – Bingo – Courthouse Square

5:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Music by Mark Dunnick – Bandstand, Courthouse Square . Sponsored by Family Foods

6 p.m. – Good Cents Junior Parade – 8th Street to Courthouse Square, sponsored by GNB

6:30 p.m. – Opening Ceremonies – Courthouse Square

7 p.m. – Higher Power – Bandstand, Courthouse Square . Sponsored by Kruse Christmas Farm.

8 p.m. – 11 p.m. – Teen Dance –  United Methodist Church Parking Lot. Cost $1.  Sponsored by Grundy Center Kiwanis Club.

9 p.m. – 1 a.m. – PT Grillers Food Concession – Community Center

9 p.m. – 1 a.m. – Dance featuring the sounds of Cedar Island Band at the Community Center Parking Lot. Live music, beverage garden and food vender provide for a fun night under the stars! ID required at Beverage Garden . Cost $2.00, under 18 free. Hear them at www.myspace.com/thecib.

Saturday, July 12:

7:15 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – 5K Fun Walk/Run GCHS Football Field. Open to all, Cost: $15.00 if postmarked on or before June 30, $18.00 after June 30 and race day. Contact Karah Spahn at 319-415-9133 for more information.

7 a.m. – Tennis Tournament, Belpre and High School tennis courts. Teams may enter by phoning head tennis coach John Baade at 319-404-8801.  $20.00 entry fee per team includes a new sleeve of Balls.

  7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – Community Breakfast – GCHS Commons. Sponsored by Festival.

7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – All School Reunion – GCHS Commons

6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. BBQ Contest, Community Center Parking Lot. Sponsored by Bacon Veneer & GNB Insurance Group Inc. Proceeds to benefit Grundy Community Preschool & Childcare. Contact Melanie Kirkpatrick at 319-825-3838 for entry information.
